There is a $300 NONREFUNDABLE deposit to hold a puppy. Deposits are placed on upcoming litters, and customers with deposits get priority in the selection process on a first-in first-out basis. Deposit customers may select the puppy of their choice in the order of deposit. Deposits are not refundable but are transferable. If for some reason, you cannot take a puppy when the litter is available, or would like to select a puppy from a different litter, you may transfer the deposit to an alternate litter. A refund may be considered at our discretion.
We do our best to inform you of what you can expect from each litter in terms of appearance as well as timing on our puppy schedule page. Of course, coats vary and change with the age of the puppy, and we can never tell how many males or females may be born in a particular litter.
Making A Deposit / Balance Payment
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order and PayPal® as methods of payment. If you wish to mail a check, please contact us for our mailing address.
For your convenience, you may pay your deposit and/or pay your balance using a credit or debit card via PayPal®. A 3% convenience fee will be added for payment processing. You do not need a PayPal® account to use this payment method. Simply follow instructions to enter your credit or debit card information securely within their payment platform.
When the puppies are born, all families who have placed a deposit on that litter will be notified via email. A group photo will be posted on our website about a week after the puppies are born. We will post individual photos and videos of each puppy when the puppies are about 5-6 weeks, to help with your selection. At 6 weeks, when the puppies' coats and personalities are beginning to emerge, the puppy selection takes place. Each family will have a 30 minute phone call scheduled in order of deposit to make your selection. Of course we are always available to answer questions throughout the process.
Pickup is scheduled the Saturday following your puppy turning 7 weeks old.
If you do not live within driving distance, we prefer that you fly in and fly your puppy back with you under the seat. We will meet you at the airport with everything you need, including a puppy crate and a health certificate from our veterinarian. Our price for this service is $300.
2-Year Health Guarantee
We are proud of our solid reputation for healthy, happy puppies. We are so confident in the lineage of our puppies that we offer a Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. If your puppy is found to have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects, we'll replace your puppy free of charge. No puppy is ever sold before the puppy is cleared by a veterinarian.
We are a strong advocate of the microchip, and each of our puppies goes home with a microchip. A microchip is about the size of a grain of rice, and could save your puppy's life. The microchip is inserted with a hypodermic needle between a puppy's shoulder blades in a process that is described by our veterinarian as no more painful than a flu shot. It works something like a bar code, and is an invaluable tool in reuniting lost pets with their families. There is no fee for the chip. Your only responsibiity is to register the chip in the SmartTag® database. We recommend having your pets scanned regularly to be sure the chips are readable, and would emphasize that you remember to register the chip and make sure the registry information is kept up-to-date when you move or transfer ownership of your puppy.
Included With Your Puppy
Your puppy will join your family loved and spoiled. They are part of our family before joining yours. They are introduced to a crate and we begin potty training. In addition, your puppy will come with the following:

We are fully invested in our puppies' lives and want to make sure that they are treated well throughout their lives.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the puppy/dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, and medical care upon sickness, disease or injury. Maintenance should include an annual health exam and routine vaccinations as recommended by a veterinarian.
Under no circumstances is your dog to be surrendered to a shelter at any time. Please notify us if you cannot keep your dog. We are willing to accept your dog back at any time if no other arrangements can be made with a person responsible to care for your dog.
All puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract unless discussed and agreed to by us.
